4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer delivery across Malaysia via standard courier services or same-day delivery (within Klang Valley).

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service providers.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective or not as described, and must be reported within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.
